Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Myrtis David Dailey, 86, who died Saturday, December 26, 2015 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery.

She is survived by her three daughters, Kathy Stevens of Kaplan, Charlotte Breaux of Kaplan, and Lana Abshire of Kaplan; one sister, Jeanette Landry of Texas; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert L. Dailey; her parents, Julien David and the former Ozite LeMaire; one brother, Watson David; one brother-in-law, Gaynor Landry; one niece, Mary David; and two nephews, Steven David and Russell Dailey.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 8 a.m. until the services.
