Kaplan—Memorial services will be held Thursday, January 28, 2016 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne Catholic Church honoring the life of Dwayne Michael Hebert, 43, who died Tuesday, January 26, 2016. He will be laid to rest at St. Anne Cemetery with Reverend Keith Landry officiating the services.

He is survived by his parents, Clara and Ronald Charles Hebert of Cow Island; one brother, Timothy Joseph Hebert and his wife, Kayla of Kaplan; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ewell Hebert of Cow Island; one Niece, Leah Claire Hebert; two nephews, Matthew Ray and Dylan Charles Hebert; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clarence Chatelain and the former Madeleine DelaHoussaye; and one aunt, Judy Hebert Bernard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Anne Catholic Church, 17315 Lionel Road, on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 10 a.m. until services with a rosary being prayed at 12:30 p.m.
