Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Damian Michael Abshire, 18, who died Saturday, February 6, 2016.

He is survived by his father, Ryan J. Abshire and his wife Angela; mother, Heidi Weintritt and her husband Daniel; siblings, Cody Abshire, Ethan Abshire, Isabella Ashley, and Perry Ashley; paternal grandparents, Ronald and Kathy Abshire; maternal grandparents, Jack Myers and Tina Broussard; and a multitude of family and friends.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Friday February 12, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
