Pearl C. Broussard

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Monday, April 27, 2009 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport honoring the life of Pearl C. Broussard, 64, who died Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Abbeville General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport with Reverend Carlos Talavera officiating the services.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Leonard Broussard of Kaplan; two sons, Brian Anthony Broussard of Erath and Keith Victor Broussard of Abbeville; five grandchildren, Kelsey R. Broussard, Kylee M. Broussard, Seth B. Broussard, Valerie A. Broussard and Devon G. Broussard; two brothers, Guy Curol of North Carolina and Nolan Curole of Raceland; and one sister, Emilda C. Breaux of Matthews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Renee Victor Curole and the former Constance Griffin; and eight brothers and sisters.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.; at Falgout Funeral Home - Lockport, 600 Church Street, on Sunday, April 26, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; and at Holy Savior Catholic Church, 612 Main Street, Lockport, Monday, April 27, from 8 a.m. until the 10 a.m. services.
