Kaplan—Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Felton Elzy, Jr., 92, who died Monday, February 15, 2016 at his residence. Minister Albert Hill will be officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Patricia Matthews Elzy of Kaplan; two sons, Felton Elzy, III of Alamogordo, New Mexico and Darryl A. Elzy and his wife, Stephanie of Durham, NC; one daughter, Yvette Lawerance of East St. Louis, IL; five step-sons, Jimmy Peete Jones, Randall Jones, Stanley Jones and his wife, Sharon, Wendell Jones, and Eric Jones and his wife, Margaret; two step-daughters, Janice Brown and Juana Kay and her husband, Gregory Bacon; one brother, Elton Elzy; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felton Elzy, Sr. and the former Lovenia Cormier; one brother, Wilton Elzy; and two sisters, Mildred Elzy and Rebecca Carolina.
