She was a native of Plaquemines Parish born in Buras on April 18, 1940. She was a resident of Kaplan for the past year.
She is survived by her children, Windy and her husband, Charlie Jeffcoat, Ruby and her husband, Anthony Juneau, Henry "Don" Hess, Jr. and his wife, Dodie, Allen Lane "Rip" Hess and his wife, Mary Ann, Connie and her husband, Curtis Hargrave, and Dan Michael Hess; 21 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; four sisters; and one great granddaughter.
