He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Erath with Rev. Gregory Cormier officiating the services.
Pallbearers will be David Mouton, Danny Lee Mouton, James Delahoussaye, Robert Meaux, Frankie Dubois and Allen Adlard.
He is survived by his companion, Brenda W. Meaux; two sons, David Mouton, and Danny Lee Mouton and his wife Terri; two daughters, Danette Delahoussaye and her husband James, and Kris Ann Connor and her husband Darrel; three step-children, Robert Meaux, Patty Meaux, and Jimmy Meaux; seventeen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and caretaker, Bonnie Trahan.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosie Broussard; and step-son, Billy Meaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. until time of services.
