Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Myrtle "Sue" Therese Delcambre Viator, 88, who died Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.
She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Bill Melancon officiating the services.
She is survived by her son, Jody Viator and his wife Roxie; daughter Ann Viator Bell and her husband Albert; two granddaughters, Kira Viator Weber and her husband Matt, and Mandy Bell Smith and her husband Taylor; sister, Jeanette Winch and her husband Garland; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L.J. Viator; parents, Alfred Delcambre and the former Emerite Segura; brother, Murphy "Coon" Delcambre; and sisters, Velma Mills and Thelma Cox.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, April 8, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
