Louise Baudoin Duhon

January 21, 1922 — May 6, 2009

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Friday, May 8, 2009 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Louise Baudoin Duhon, 87, who died Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at Abbeville General Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at St. Alphonsus Cemetery with Rev. Craig Scott officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Minos Baudoin, Walter Baudoin, Chris Perales, Howard Constatine, Nicholas Hoag and Jonathan Baudoin.

Coonie/Weeza Belle will be missed by all who knew her. She was an extremely giving and caring person.

She is survived by her brothers, Minos Baudoin and Walter Baudoin both of Abbeville; sisters, Elia Guidry, Laurence Perales and Una B. Baudoin; and numerous neices and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband, Eugene Duhon; parents, Emile Baudoin and the former Alicia Bourque; and siblings, Gladu Baudoin, Marcel Baudoin, Noah Baudoin, Otto Baudoin, Aristile Baudoin, Joseph Baudoin and Edith Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, May 7, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Friday, May 8, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
