Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Allen Adam Roy, 75, who died Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with officiating the services.

He is survived by three sons, Ray Roy and his wife Debra of Abbeville, Rodney Roy and his wife Connie of Eunice and Gerald Roy of New Orleans; two daughters, Cynthia Laiche and her husband R.J. of Livingston and Geraldine Sandifer and her husband Jimmy of DeQuincy; grandchildren, Annie Meaux, Kyle Broussard, Kayla Broussard, Jack Breaux, Sarah Roy, Randall Roy and wife Rori, Marcus Roy, Monique and husband David Eatman, Tamra Klein, Heather and husband Steven Cox, Ashley Roy, Misty Roy, and Dusty Roy; and great grandchildren, Noah Eatman, Ashton Roy, Austin Roy, Daniel Roy, Jasmine Hess, Dylan Roy, Bradley Roy, Robert Roy, Cullin Roy, Alyssa Roy, and Brooklyn Roy.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Roy; and one grandchild, Amber Roy.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, May 7, 2009 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Friday, May 8, from 8 a.m. until services.
