Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at a 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Naomi Cynthia Lege, 57, who died Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Vermilion Health Care Center.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend William C. Blanda officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Brady LeBlanc, Marcus Abshire, Marcus Abshire II, George Jaet, Pat Roy and Ray Stelly.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacey R. Abshire and husband Marcus of Abbeville; grandchildren, Marcus Abshire II, and Sarah Abshire of Abbeville; one brother, Joe Lege of Bayou Vista; and three sisters, Ouida Roy and husband Pat of Carencro, Minnie Jaet and husband George of Patterson and Anna Stelly and husband Ray of New Iberia.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Milton Lege; mother, Mary Vastine Brown Lege; and a brother, Charles Brown Lege.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
