Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Norma Trahan Richard, 77, who died Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Golden Age of Welsh. She will be laid to rest at Cossinade Cemetery with Rev. Paul Bienvenu officiating the services.

She is survived by her three sons, Michael Richard and his wife, Michelle of Lake Charles, Patrick Richard of Gueydan, and Jeffery Richard and his wife, Terri of Moss Bluff; one daughter, Bernadette and her husband, Rayford Fontenot of Wright; six grandchildren, Jessica Zaunbrecher, Kristin Benoit, Morgan Leigh Richard, Gabriel Richard, Josh Richard, and Derek Richard; nine great grandchildren, Oliver, Daniel, Brady, Jordan, Gracie, Tremaine, Isaiah, Langston, and Jolie.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 10 a.m. until services.
