Kaplan—Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 7, 2016 at a 2 p.m. Mass at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Tiffany Dawn Breaux, 35, who passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes. Reverend Mark Miley will be officiating the services. Tiffany will be laid to rest at a later date with her maternal grandmother that she loved dearly.

Tiffany had such a sweet, kind, and loving soul. She never met a stranger and was a friend to all. Her smile will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by her two sons, Jaiden and Jace Stelly; one daughter, Jisselle Audrey-Alice Hawley; her parents, Elizabeth June Guidry Breaux and Louis J. Breaux, Jr.; one brother, Jeremy Primeaux and his wife, Jill; one sister, Taylor Jade Guidry; her paternal grandmother, Gloria Breaux; two nieces, Kamren Primeaux and Bailey Broussard; and one nephew, Kane Primeaux.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Harry and Audrey Guidry; her paternal grandfather, Louis J. Breaux, Sr.; and her godfather, Kevin Guidry.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Elizabeth June Breaux, 410 North Hebert Ave., Kaplan, LA 70548 to help defray medical and funeral expenses.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 600 N. Church Avenue, on Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 12 p.m. until memorial mass at 2 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 12:45 p.m.
