Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Justin John Broussard, Jr., 65, who died Sunday, June 7, 2009 at his residence.

He will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Reverend William C. Blanda officiating the services.

He is survived by his parents, Justin John Broussard, Sr. and the former Ruth Broussard; two daughters, Leslie Theriot and husband Rene of Prairieville and Layne Johnson and husband Jonathan of Monroe; grandchildren, Bryan Broussard, Avery Theriot, Jacob Theriot, Alex Theriot and Alayna Johnson; one brother, Eric Bernard Broussard and wife Pamela of Abbeville; one sister, Rebecca Trahan and husband Jay of Humble, Texas; and mother of his children, Polly Johnson Broussard of Gonzales.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, June 10, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
