Bella Mae Domangue Branson

May 27, 1948 — June 3, 2009

Bella Mae Domangue, a native of Chauvin and a resident of Abbeville died at 12:00 p.m. June 3, 2009.

Visitation will be at Vincent Funeral Home in Abbeville Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the family will reopen on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until time of the service.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Branson and a daughter, Heaven Branson, and her step-mother, Victrine Domangue. Also surviving are her four godchildren , Terry Domangue, Rusty Lyons, Marcus Hebert and Monica Callahan, and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Branson was preceded in death by her parents, Minos A. Domangue and Edia T. Domangue, a sister, Betty Domangue Duplantis and a brother, Jerry J. Domangue, Sr.

She enjoyed camping, shopping and spending time with family and friends. Her smile and laughter brought joy to all those who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
