Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Monday, July 18, 2016 at a 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne Catholic Church honoring the life of Judy Ann Gaspard, 73, who died Friday, July 15, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She will be laid to rest at St. Anne Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Doies J. Gaspard Sr. of Forked Island; four sons, Doies Gaspard Jr. and his companion Brenda Gaspard of Kaplan, Steve Gaspard and his companion Amanda Luquette of Cow Island, Jason Gaspard and his wife Barbara of Forked Island and Aaron Gaspard and his wife Shelli of Nunez; three daughters, Tammy Kibodeaux and her companion Troy Lemaire of Forked Island, Veronica and her husband Toby Stelly of Cow Island and Anita and her husband Conrad Guidry Sr. of Forked Island; three brothers, Larry Harrington of Cow Island, Farrell Harrington and his wife Maggie of Cow Island and Keith Harrington and his wife Juanny of Texas; two sisters, Alberta and her husband Sterling Hernandez of Maurice and Ginger and her husband Wilbert Leblanc of Kaplan; 23 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John "J.C." Harrington and the former Mazie Mire; her paternal grandparents, Elie Harrington and the former Augusta Lemaire; and her maternal grandparents, Simeon Mire and the former Ophelia Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 10 a.m. until services, with a rosary being prayed on Sunday at 6 p.m.
