Kaplan—Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Miriam Adair Knilans, 58, who died Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Canon Hospice. She will be laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Megan and her husband, Derek Steele of Warner Robins, GA; one grandchild, Cade Thomas Steele of Warner Robins, GA; one sister, Ann and her husband, Greg Yochum of River Ridge; two brothers, Chris Knilans of Kaplan and Jim Knilans of Kenner; one sister-in-law, Jackie Knilans of Kaplan; one aunt, Linda Perrin of Lafayette; one godchild, Jennifer Harris of Houston, TX; one niece, Tiffany Yochum of River Ridge; and one nephew, Joshua Yochum of River Ridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Bruce Knilans and the former Gail Francis Perrin; one brother, Tom Perrin; and one uncle, Bill Perrin.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 10 a.m. until services.
