Kaplan—Peter Saltzman, 82, who died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at his residence.

He is survived by his caregiver, Sasha and her husband, Deron Sinegal; their two children, Derion and Dion Sinegal; four nephews, Dalton Schexnayder, Alton Primeaux, Floyd Primeaux, and Milton Schexnayder; and one niece, Margaret Trahan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eliza Saltzman and the former Margarite Stoutes; three sisters; and three brothers.
