Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Friday, September 2, 2016 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Brenda Eve Vidalier, 64, who passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Rev. Paul Bienvenu officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Shane Foster, David Foster, Lisa Michalk, Carrie Foster, Keith Michalk, and Gerald Vidallier.

She is survived by her three children, Lisa and her husband, Keith Michalk of Texas, Shane Foster of Kaplan, and David Foster and his wife, Carrie of California; four brothers, Thomas Vidallier of Abbeville, Gerald Vidallier of Abbeville, Larry Vidallier of Lockport, and Ray Dupuis of Kaplan; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Avnair Vidalier and the former Agnes Cormier; one brother, Mahlen Vidallier; and one daughter-in-law, Kitzie Richard Foster.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 1 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Friday, September 2, 2016 from 8 a.m. until services
