ABBEVILLE-Funeral services will be held Monday, September 26, 2016 at an 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Magdalen Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Dianna Ashworth, 58 years, who died Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Abbeville General Hospital. Reverend Michael Richard will be officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Donnie Meaux, D.J. Duhon, Jamie Wild, John E. Wild III, Darin Demarcay, and Scotty Meche. Honorary pallbearers will be Blake Landry, Brett Landry, and Lil John Wild.

She is survived by one son, Don "Donnie" Meaux Jr. and his wife, Naomi of Meaux; one daughter, Michelle and her husband, John "D.J." Duhon of Meaux; her mother, Delta B. Wild; two brothers, John "Brud" Wild and Jamie Wild; three sisters, Debbie Ashworth, Jody Demarcay, and Heather Picard; eight grandchildren, Briana Henry, Makaila Henry, Kodi Hargrave, Kristen Meaux, Hunter Meaux, Izaha "Bubba" Breaux, John Duhon III, and Brandt Duhon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Meaux Sr.; father, Richard Ashworth; stepfather, Johnny Wild II; and grandparents, Ulysse and Medora Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue, Monday, September 26, 2016 from 8:00 AM until the procession departs for the church at 10:45 AM.
