Robert Clement

December 17, 1917 — July 8, 2009

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2009 at an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Chapel honoring the life of Robert Clement, 91, who died Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Meadow Brook Specialty Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Annabelle R. Clement of Kaplan; one daughter, Charlotte and her husband Snowden I. McKinnon of Baton Rouge; three sisters-in-law, Nora Clement of Maurice, Doris Huntsberry of New Orleans, and Mildred Clement of Beaumont,TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel Clement and the former Marie Dalcour; one sister; and three brothers.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Chapel, 901 N. Frederick Avenue, on Friday, July 10, 2009 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Saturday, July 11, from 8 a.m. until services.
