Abbeville- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday October 20, 2016 at 3:30 PM at St. James Church in Esther, honoring the life of Schance Radin Guidry, 45 years, who died Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Pallbearers will be Byrlon Guidry, Tatum Guidry, Scott Hebert, Corey Touchet, Kevin Guidry and Ashley Guidry.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Millicent M. Guidry of Abbeville; daughter, Maddison Guidry of Abbeville; mother, Loretta C. Guidry of Mouton Cove; brothers, Byron Guidry of Lafayette and Tatum Guidry of Abbeville; and sister, LaNell Guidry of Mouton Cove.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Guidry; maternal grandparents, Murphy and Ismay "Bonnie" Cessac.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Thursday October 20, 2016 from 9:00 AM until time of services.
