Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Hazel Comeaux Roy, 92 years, who died Sunday, October 30, 2016 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Leroy Community Cemetery with Reverend Paul Bienvenu officiating the services.

Our beautiful cousin, Hazel "Toot" Comeaux Roy, daughter and only child of Lindsay Louis Comeaux and Edith LeBlanc is now in heaven with her parents. Hazel was in the beautiful home care of Rose and Richard Landry. Living in Indian Bayou, she enjoyed cooking, watching movies, drawing beautiful pictures of animals and houses, and trips to the casino with lots of friends and great food. She was married to Lloyd Roy, a rice farmer who passed away in 1991 after a brief illness. They were members of the Leroy Catholic Church parish.

You are all invited to visit Ms. Hazel in her final moments for blessings and prayer. God Bless Hazel... We love you and will miss you.

Visiting hours will be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 8:00 AM until services with a rosary being prayed at 9:00 AM.
