Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Isaac Hebert, 90 years, who died Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Lafayette General Medical Center. He will be laid to rest at Immaculate Conception Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

He is survived by his three daughters, Sherry and her husband, Gerard Jeffery Guidry of Cow Island, Melissa and her husband, Jean Duhon of Abbeville, and Cynthia and her husband, Jimmie Cormier of Houston, TX; two brothers, Eraste Hebert, Jr. and Donald Hebert; two sisters, Helen Lemaire and Ouida Porter; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Menard Hebert; and his parents, Eraste Hebert, Sr. and the former Josephine Campbell.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Friday,
December 2, 2016 from 9:00 AM until services with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 AM.
