She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Rev. Randall Moreau officiating the services.
She is survived by her three daughters, Ray Ann Vaughn, Bonnie Ray and her husband, Terry Seaux, and Tessa Ray Richard; one brother, Leven LeBlanc; one sister, Lillian Durke; four grandchildren, Dusty Ray Vaughn, Nick Ray Seaux, Brandon Ray Seaux, and Shannon Ray Seaux; and two great grandchildren, Milah Kinsey Seaux and Collin Ray Vaughn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Richard; three sons, James Ray Richard, Tommy Ray Richard, and Ricky Ray Richard; one granddaughter, Misty Ray Seaux; and three sisters, Anastasia Touchet, Anna Mae Palombo, and Yolande Bourgeois.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Monday, January 9, 2017 from 8:00 AM until 10:45 AM when the procession will depart for the church.
