Sharon Bruno Choate

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Gregory Cormier officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Brandon Choate, Scott Choate, Jeremy Choate, Anthony Choate, Farrell Hebert and Shane Delcambre.
Beloved wife, mother and grandmother will be sadly missed by friends and family. Sharon was a breast cancer survivor of 29 years.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gene D. Choate; three sons, Brandon James Choate of Baton Rouge, Scott Elliot Choate and his wife Christie of Austin, TX, and Jeremy Ryan Choate and his wife Manda of Carencro; four grandchildren, Ava Elise Choate, Chase Patrick Choate, Matthew Ryan Choate and Nicholas Adam Choate; and brother, Gerald Delcambre of New Iberia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan Bruno and the former Lilly Breaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 9:00 AM until time of services
