A rosary will be prayed at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 16, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street honoring the life of Anita Bourgeois Martin, 56, who died Friday, August 7, 2009 at Heritage Manor of Abbeville.

She is survived by her daughter, Courtney Hanks and husband Philip of Abbeville; brother, Dennis Bourgeois of Abbeville; two sisters, Sonia Haley Bourgeois and Donna Boudreaux; three grandchildren, Cory Hanks, Devin Hanks and Kade Hanks; her significant other, Sam Cayton; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents, Antoine Bourgeois and the former Yolande LeBlanc.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, August 16, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of rosary.
