Kaplan — A committal service at Seaside Memorial Park will be held at a later date honoring the life of Van Paul Landes, 87 years old, who died Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Kaplan Healthcare Center.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Flora P. Landes of Kaplan; and one sister, Lynn Landes Singley and her husband, Charlie of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Artemus Landes and the former Lucille Taylor.
