Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Steven Joseph Lege, 72, who died Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Linda Lege of Cow Island; one daughter, Trecia Dumond and her husband Colby of Cow Island; two grandchildren, Corey and Brooke Dumond; and one sister, Shirley Duhon of Nunez.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston Lege and the former Agnes Suire.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, September 3, 2009 from 8 a.m. until services. A rosary will be prayed at 11 a.m.
