Eula Richard Dubois

July 17, 1925 — September 9, 2009

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Catholic Church honoring the life of Eula Richard DuBois, 84, who died Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Eastridge Nursing Center.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Louis Richard officiating the services.

She is survived by two brothers, Otis Richard and Ovey Richard Jr.; three sons, Lonnie DuBois of Erath, David DuBois of Leaksville, Mississippi and Roger DuBois of Suffolk, Virginia; two daughters, Ginger D. Rowell of Carencro and Mary Louise D. Vincent of Franklin; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents, Ovey B. Richard and the former Henrietta Libersat; three brothers, Ovide Richard, Henry Richard and Adea Richard; one sister, Louise Richard Stevens and one great-granddaughter, Taylor Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Friday, September 11, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
