Geneva Rung Touchet

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 31, 2017 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Geneva Rung Touchet, 78, who died Friday, July 28, 2017 at Morgan City Health Care Center. She will be laid to rest at Hebert Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

She is survived by her son, Michael Touchet and his wife, Angela of Morgan City; one daughter, Jennifer and her husband, Johnny Hymel, Jr. of Morgan City; and three grandchildren, Emma, Carley, and Hayden Hymel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmanuel Touchet, Jr.; three brothers; nine sisters; and her parents, Lawrence Rung and the former Ematile Gaspard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 8:00 AM until services with a rosary being prayed at 9:00 AM.
