Purvis “Buddy” Joseph Broussard

April 4, 1934 — October 9, 2009

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Purvis “Buddy” Joseph Broussard, 75, who died Friday, October 9, 2009 at his residence.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.

He is survived by one brother, Paul Broussard and four sisters, Ruth Broussard, Connie Landry, Yvonne Hebert, and Beryl Broussard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Minos Paul Broussard and the former Louise Weekly.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
