Inez Duhon Leblanc

May 30, 1917 — October 15, 2009

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 19, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Inez Duhon LeBlanc, 92, who died Thursday, October 15, 2009 at her residence.

She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

She is survived by her special niece and care giver Shirley Sheffield along with her daughter Sherri S. Logan; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and great great great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence "Nootsie" LeBlanc; brother, Henry "Black" Duhon and two sisters, Ida Broussard and Leta Landry.

Inez loved life and family, she was also an avid gardener who lived life to the fullest.
She will always be held dear in our hearts and admired by each and every one of us she left behind.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, October 18, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00 p.m. and Monday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
