Otis James Clostio

December 11, 1961 — October 17, 2009

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Otis James Clostio, 47, who died Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Abbeville General Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Rev. Loloy officiating the services.

James had a very strong spirit. He fought for his life as much as he could. He loved to visit with friends, going fishing and crabbing.
James will be remembered as a loving husband. He will never be forgotten by anyone that knew him because of his huge heart, his passion and love for life.

He is survived by his wife Jessica Bascan from the Philippines; two brothers, Michael James Clostio, Sr. and his wife Neta L. Clostio and Sidney David Clostio of Abbeville; his sister, Linda Faye Breaux of Abbeville; several nieces and nephews and a brother in law, Paul Broussard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis Clostio and Rosabell Clostio, and a sister, Patricia Ann Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Monday, October 19, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until time of services
