Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Avery Joseph LeJeune, 9, who died Monday, October 26, 2009 at Women's & Children's Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at Suire Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

He is survived by his parents, Cherise and Bobby LeJeune of Forked Island; two sisters, Teri LeBeouf of Kaplan and Brea LeJeune of Forked Island; maternal grandmother, Barbara Suire of Forked Island; maternal great grandmother, Marie Olite Miller of Forked Island; godmother, Bernadette Suire of Kaplan; and godfather, Russell Miller of Forked Island.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Clyde Suire; maternal great grandfather, Sevan Miller; paternal grandmother, Effie LeJeune; and paternal grandfather, Wilfred Joseph LeJeune.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 from 10 a.m. until services on Wednesday, October 28. A rosary will be prayed Tuesday at 7 p.m.
