Martha Marjorie Broussard
May 14, 1915 — October 30, 2009
She will be laid to rest at St Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Fr. Brad Gillory officiating the services.
She is survived by her brother, C.L. Broussard and five sisters, Heloise Broussard of Abbeville, Irene Broussard DeHart of Abbeville, Florence Broussard Rageur of Baton Rouge, Frances Broussard Bickham of Baton Rouge and Dibby Broussard Faulk of Abbeville. Twenty nine nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jules Joseph Broussard and the former Marie Eunice LaSalle and siblings, Earl Broussard, R.F. Broussard, Laurence B. Sonnier, Marie Therese Broussard and Eunice B. Duchamp.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, November 1, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service with a rosary to be prayed at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mount Carmel or a school of choice.
