Bazile "Man" Lege

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Bazile “Man” Lege, 90, who died Thursday, November 26, 2009 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lovina "Nin" Lege of Kaplan; and two grandsons, Christopher Jules Lege of New Orleans and Nicholas Scott Lege of Abbeville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexie Lege Sr. and the former Elozia Bourgeois; one daughter, Rita Ann Lege; one son, Norris Lege; and three brothers, Rudolph Lege, Robert Lege and Alexie Lege Jr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, November 27, 2009 from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Saturday, November 28, from 8 a.m. until services.
