Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Daniel Keith Landry, 54, who died Friday, November 27, 2009 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Peggy Gallet Landry of Duson; two sons, Noah Keith Landry of Duson and Ronnie Mire of Erath; his mother, Weida Mae Trahan Landry of Kaplan; three brothers, Gregory Landry of Broussard, Russell Landry of Killeen, Texas and David Landry of Kaplan; three sisters, Debra Landry Bertrand of Kaplan, LeeAnna Landry Campbell of Kaplan and Christina Landry Frederick of Opelousas; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Allen Landry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, November 30, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Tuesday, December 1, from 8 a.m. until the procession departs for the church.
