Weston "Buddy" Joseph Soirez, Jr.

Abbeville-Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Weston "Buddy" Joseph Soirez, Jr., 66, who died Sunday, January 17, 2010 at University Medical Center.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery.

He is survived by his two sons, Christopher Henley-Soirez and Joseph "Joey" Henley-Soirez both of Abbeville; three daughters, Stevie Soirez Baker, Wesley Soirez Impostato and Kitsey Soirez Tubre all of New Orleans; a brother, Rummy Soirez of New Iberia; a sister, Tina Soirez Broussard of Abbeville; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Weston "Shorty" and Eunice Domingue Soirez, Sr.; wife, Patty Henley; and a sister, Florence Soirez Roy.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. until time of services.
