Belinda Marie Lege

September 21, 1958 — February 1, 2010

Abbeville-Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Belinda Marie Lege, 51, who died Monday, February 1, 2010 at Teche Regional Medical Center.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Chad Lege, Anna Whalen, John Girouard, Daniel Goodwin, Blake Johnson and Dawn Soirez. Honorary pallbearer will be Patrick LeBlanc.

She is survived by her partner in life, Wanda Thompson; two brothers, Bob Lege and wife Colleen and Bill Lege and companion, Patrick LeBlanc; two nephews, Blaine Lege and Chad Lege; two nieces, Bobbie Jo Lege Johnson and husband Jeffery and Dawn Lege Soirez and husband Rusty; two great nephews and three great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Irvin Lege and the former Maize Breaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, February 6, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be prayed at 10:00 a.m., prayed by Patrick LeBlanc.
