Barbara Nell Pellerin Dartez October 23, 1946 – August 01, 2006

Abbeville- Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. Wednesday, August 02, 2006 at Vincent Funeral Home Chapel honoring the life of Barbara Nell Pellerin Dartez, 59, who died August 01, 2006 at Abbeville General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Pastor Dwayne Williams officiating the services. The family would like to thank the nurses on the 3rd floor at Abbeville General Hospital, Southern Care Hospice, and to her family and friends who assisted in her care through her courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dwayne (Stephanie Dartez) Bourgeois of Maurice; her mother, Mrs. Rita L. Pellerin of Abbeville; three sisters, Ms. Fran Pellerin of Abbeville, Mrs. Janice Hebert of Abbeville and Mrs. Kathy Massicot of Destin, Florida; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Pellerin. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Wednesday, August 2nd from 9:00a.m. until time of services.
