Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Dudley Louis Perry, 90, who died Saturday, March 20, 2010 at Abbeville General Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Rev. Wallace Primeaux officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Cart, Mark Simon, Elwood Perry, Darrel Choate, Clayton Choate and Bobby Meyers.

He is survived by his wife Lydia Choate Perry of Abbeville; two daughters, Sonnia Perry of Abbeville and Dianne P. Simon and husband Mark of Abbeville; granddaughter, Christy Cart and husband Jeffrey of Lafayette; great granddaughter, Amelia Cart of Lafayette; and friend Rene Hunt of Abbeville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Odey Perry; mother, Edia Theall Perry; two sisters, Naomie Noel and Wanda Boutte; and two brothers, Sterling and Jessie Perry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, March 21, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
