Memorial services will be held at a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Steven Ray Luquette, 54, who died Sunday, March 28, 2010 at his residence.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.

He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Hebert Luquette of Abbeville; one son, Steven Shane Luquette of New Iberia; two daughters, Angie Ray Luquette of New Iberia and Heidi Luquette Fuselier and her husband, Jason of Lake Charles; one brother, Richard Keith Luquette and his wife, Julianna of Abbeville; one sister, Katherine Agnes Campbell of Abbeville; grandchildren, Jonas Fuselier of Lake Charles, Audie Fuselier of Lake Charles, Piper Fuselier of Lake Charles, Jaiden Luquette of New Iberia, Brandi Duplantis, Kansas Duplantis, Raven Duplantis, Jesse Luquette; step granddaughter, Jada Cormier; and his best friend, his cat, Moe.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Joseph Luquette.
