Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 9, 2010 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Carlos Ramirez Felipe, 35, who died Wednesday, May 5, 2010 as the result of an automobile accident.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Rev. Juan Luiz officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Felipe; son, Joel Felipe; daughter, Yuri Felipe; three brothers, Esteban Felipe, Alejandro Felipe and Jorge Felipe; and two sisters, Lorenza Felipe Ramirez and Maria Felipe.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Domingo Martin Felipe and MaGuadalupe Ramirez.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Sunday, May 9, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
