Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 16th 2006 at 2:00p.m. in Vincent Funeral Home Chapel honoring the life of Norris Joseph Guidry, 67, who died Friday September 15th, 2006 at his residence in St. Martinville. He will be laid to rest in Abshire Cemetery with Father Kevin Bordelon officiating the services. He is survived by one daughter: Tiffany Guidry Bertrand, and her husband Dylan of St. Martinville; one grand daughter: Alex Bertrand of St. Martinville; three brothers: John Guidry, Lloyd Guidry, and Edmond “Bee” Harrington; and one sister: Marie Harrington. He was preceded in death by his parents: Elridge Guidry, and the former Adia Lemaire; two brothers Elridge Guidry Jr. and Rodney Guidry. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Friday, September 15, 2006 from 3:30p.m. until time of services on Saturday.
