Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 17, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Ann Wells McLendon, 76, who died Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Abbeville General Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Noah Langley officiating the services.

She is survived by her five sons, Bennie Ray McLendon, Sr., Christopher McLendon, Willie McLendon, Donald Wayne McLendon and James Earl McLendon; two daughters, Deborah Sue Dodgen and Mary Ann McLendon; two brothers, Charlie Wells and Tommy Wells.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Louis McLendon; son, Jimmie Louis McLendon.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, May 16, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Monday, May 17, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
