Lucille Sellers Gooch

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Lucille Sellers Gooch, 90, who died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Abbeville General Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Father Brad Guillory officiating the services.

She is survived by her children, Robert W. Gooch and wife Bobbie, Clare Gooch Lattier and Kim Gooch Guidry and husband Norman all of Abbeville; five grandchildren, Robert W. Gooch II, Stephanie G. Dubois, Stacie Baudoin, Norman Guidry Jr., and Tara Lattier; ten great grandchildren, Kristen Dubois, Seth Dubois, Caitlyn Gooch, Landon Gooch, Jacob Gooch, Caleb Gooch, Haley Baudoin, Chelsea Baudoin, Tobi Baudoin and Noah Guidry; one brother, Murphy Sellers and two nephews, Gerard Sellers and Paul Sellers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Gooch; parents, Joseph Socrate Sellers and Odelia LaPlace Sellers, infant son, Robert J. Gooch Jr. and a son in law, Terry Lattier.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Monday, May 17, 2010 from 2:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, from 8:00 a.m. until service time.
