Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Lillia Simon LeBlanc, 86, who died Saturday, May 22, 2010 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon Kendal Faulk officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Larry LeBlanc Sr., Larry LeBlanc Jr., Lenny LeBlanc, Darlene LeBlanc, Michelle Schaubhut and Melanie Wester. Honorary pallbearers will be Logan LeBlanc, McCade LeBlanc and Aidan Schaubhut.

She is survived by one son, Larry LeBlanc Sr. and his wife, Jackie of Thibodeaux; one daughter, Darlene Marie LeBlanc of Luling; one brother, Wilfred Simon of Gonzales; one sister, Anite LeMaire of Sunset; four grandchildren, Larry LeBlanc Jr. of New Orleans, Lenny LeBlanc of Thibodeaux, Michelle Schaubhut of Luling and Melanie Wester of Metairie; and five great grandchildren, Logan LeBlanc, McCade LeBlanc, Kyle Adams, Aidan Schaubhut and Lillie Schaubhut.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Evilia LeBlanc; her parents, Leonard Simon and the former Paula Harrington; and one brother, Wilson Simon.

The family requests visiting hours to be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. until the services.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Charles Council on Aging, 145 Angus Drive, Luling, LA 70070.
