She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery beside her husband, Rigsby J. Frederick, Sr. with Rev. Lane Payne officiating the services.
She is survived by her five children, Stephanie Frederick, Rigsby Frederick, Jr. and his wife Sarah, Melanie Hebert and her husband Michael, Nadine Romero and her husband Michael and Brian Frederick and his wife Donna; seven grandchildren, Jarod, Erik and Andrew Hebert, Renee Sullivan, Emily Romero, Paris Frederick and Isaac Frederick; great grandchildren, Emmarie Ann Hebert, McKenzie Ann Hebert, Abigail Claire Sullivan, Hudson Michael Hebert and Liam Patrick Sullivan; J.M. Risinger, mother of granddaughter, Paris Frederick; four step children; eleven step grandchildren; four step great granchildren; one sister, Doris Sellers Rigby and husband Charles; brother-in-law, Carroll Frederick and his wife Brenda; and sister-in-law, Beverly Frederick Carlos.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rigsby J. Frederick, Sr.; second husband, Claude J. Ledet, Sr.; parents, Oleus Sellers and Beulah Matt; and one brother, Irby Sellers.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, July 8, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Friday, July 9, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
