Helen Harrington Primeaux

July 29, 1938 — August 9, 2010

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Helen Rose Harrington Primeaux, 72, who died Monday, August 9, 2010 at LTAC of Acadiana. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Louis Harrington, Don Ray Harrington, Jacob Harrington, Sava Harrington III, Logan Harrington and Tommy Abshire. Honorary pallbearers will be Gaulman and George Harrington.

She is survived by two brothers, Gaulman Harrington and his companion, Cheryl Meaux of Kaplan and George Harrington and his wife, Joyce of Forked Island; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Primeaux; her parents, Sava Harrington Sr. and the former Olivia Hargrave; three brothers, Simeon, Sava Jr. and Louis Harrington; and one sister, Amae H. Hebert.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Wednesday, August 11, from 8 a.m. until services.
